The Certified Apartment Manager course covers topics that all apartment managers must know to survive, thrive and advance in the multi-family housing industry. An extensive research project allows for practical applicaiton of the theories taught in class.

Successful testing after each module and satisfactory completion of the Community Analysis are the requirements to obtain designation by the National Apartment Association. Annual dues and continuing education credits are required to maintain this designation.This NAA Designation program is offered throughout the nation by local apartment association affiliates.
