This course is designed for the new professional as well as the veteran maintenance professional. It provides the knowledge and tools necessary to run an effective maintenance program.

• Advanced Plumbing Maintenance
• Advanced HVAC Maintenance 

 After successfully completing the course exams and acheiving designation; annual dues and continuing education credits must be maintained to keep the designation current.
