The coursework for the Certified Apartment Supplier designation is held in conjunction with the CAM course. The CAS course will enable the supplier to gain an understanding of the wants and needs of their multi-family housing customer. CAS students attend three required classes, plus one elective.
Required classes include:

- Risk Management
- Financial Management
Elective include (only one required):
- Management & Residential Issues
- Property Maintenance for Managers
- Legal Aspects
- Human Resource Management
- Technology
- Fair Housing
