Tenant rules and regulations and move in and move out inventory sheets. Follow up on make readies. Good communication skills. Believe in keeping the grounds clean and free of debri. I feel like that is the lst thing a prospective tenant looks at before they would consider living at the property. I am a stickler for making sure that maintenance is done in a timely manner. Keeping and posting all maintenance done in each apartment and also new inventory listing of change out of appliances. Manage late notices well and keep rent up. Good at collections.
