The Bryan College Station Apartment Association (BCSAA) was formed in 1973 and operates as a non-profit trade organization. BCSAA is a local affiliate of the Texas Apartment Association and the National Apartment Association serving nine counties in the Brazos Valley. Those counties are: Brazos, Burleson, Grimes, Leon, Madison, Milam, Robertson, Walker and Washington.

Educational Opportunities

Educational opportunities are available for owners, property supervisors, managers, leasing consultants, maintenance technicians and other members of your rental industry staff.  

Networking

All members have the opportunity for networking activities through special events, monthly lunch and learn meetings, annual membership meeting, Independent Rental Owners programs, committee participation and community service projects. Special events include After Turn Sanity Check,  Lease-A-Palooza w/Trade Show, and the Annual Awards Gala.
