The Bryan College Station Apartment Association (BCSAA) was formed in 1973 and operates as a non-profit trade organization. BCSAA is a local affiliate of the Texas Apartment Association and the National Apartment Association serving nine counties in the Brazos Valley. Those counties are: Brazos, Burleson, Grimes, Leon, Madison, Milam, Robertson, Walker and Washington.

The purpose of BCSAA is to provide educational opportunities, legislative representation and services to owners, managers and staff of the rental housing industry. BCSAA also provides a forum for product and service companies to gain exposure and network with potential and current customers. Membership of the BCSAA is comprised of rental housing owners, managers, supervisors, property management firms, locator services, builders, developers, and product and service vendors. Currently there are over 340 members representing more than 27,000 rental units.
